DMCA / Ownership

Last updated: March 22, 2026

Ziad UI Labs owns or controls the copyright in its proprietary component libraries, documentation, branding, and related marketing materials offered for sale on this Site. This page describes ownership and how to report unauthorized use of the work, using a notice framework similar to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for platforms that require it.

1. Our rights

The compiled packages, example code authored by us, written documentation, screenshots we produce, and the “Ziad UI Labs” name and logos are protected by copyright and trademark law where applicable. Customers receive only the rights expressly granted in their commercial license — not ownership of our intellectual property.

2. Third-party and open-source

Our products may depend on open-source software (for example React or Tailwind CSS) under their respective licenses. Those components remain the property of their licensors. Our commercial terms apply to the proprietary layers we add on top and to our curated package distributions as sold to you.

3. Reporting infringement of our work

If you believe someone is unlawfully copying or redistributing our paid libraries (for example republishing our ZIP on a warez site or reselling our kit as their own product), please send a detailed notice to larbiziadalaoui@gmail.com with the subject DMCA / Infringement. Include:

  • Identification of our original work (product name, URL on our Site, or order context).
  • The URL or location where the unauthorized material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by us, the copyright owner, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed due to our complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction if required, and your signature. We will follow applicable platform rules and law when handling counter-notices.

5. Repeat infringers

We may terminate or suspend access for users who repeatedly violate our license terms or who we reasonably believe are engaged in systematic piracy of our materials.

6. Not legal advice

This page summarizes how we handle ownership and notices. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.

This page is provided for transparency. It does not constitute legal advice. For binding terms, refer to your order confirmation, invoice, or executed agreement with Ziad UI Labs.
