Refund Policy

Ziad UI Labs sells digital goods: source code, design tokens, and documentation delivered electronically. This policy explains when refunds may or may not apply so expectations are clear before purchase.
1. General rule — digital delivery
Because our products are intangible and reproducible, all license fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. “Access” means we have provided you with the agreed delivery mechanism — for example a GitHub repository invitation accepted by you, a download link for a ZIP archive, or another documented handoff method confirmed in your order.
2. Before access is granted
If you cancel in writing before we grant repository or file access, and no confidential materials have been disclosed, we may cancel the order and refund the payment at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable payment-processor fees. This does not apply if work has already begun under a custom statement of work.
3. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same tier due to a technical error, or if we failed to deliver access within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation, contact larbiziadalaoui@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate amount or remedy access without undue delay.
4. Compatibility and fit
You are responsible for verifying that our stated stack (for example Next.js and Tailwind versions) matches your project before buying. Dissatisfaction with stylistic choices, subjective “fit”, or a decision not to integrate the kit after access was granted does not entitle you to a refund, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Chargebacks filed after successful delivery of licensed materials may result in revocation of access and may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.
6. EU / UK consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under EU or UK law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days. However, when you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, that exception often applies to digital goods like ours. The checkout flow or order email should restate this where required.
