Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Site and any purchase of digital products or licenses from Ziad UI Labs (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Ziad UI Labs is a solo studio that creates and sells premium UI component libraries and related digital materials. Support is handled through the contact details published on the Site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Where we offer access-controlled delivery (for example GitHub invitations), you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Orders, pricing, and taxes
Product descriptions, tiers, and prices on the Site are an invitation to treat unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing or packaging with notice on the Site; your completed order is priced as confirmed at checkout or on your invoice. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be charged based on your location and our tax obligations; amounts will be shown or invoiced as required.
4. License to software
When you pay for a tier, we grant you the commercial rights described in our Commercial License summary and in your order or written agreement. The software is licensed, not sold, except for the rights expressly granted. All other rights remain with Ziad UI Labs and its licensors.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or our materials to violate law, harass others, distribute malware, scrape the Site in a way that impairs service, or resell our source code as a competing UI kit, template marketplace listing, or standalone redistributable library except as expressly permitted in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, branding, documentation, and library code (except as licensed to you) are owned by Ziad UI Labs or its licensors. Open-source dependencies in our stacks remain under their respective licenses; our commercial grant applies to our proprietary package contents as defined at purchase.
7. Disclaimers
Our materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or that components will meet every regulatory requirement for your industry without your own review and testing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ziad UI Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or licensed materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a given order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to terms governing future purchases will apply to orders placed after the change unless we notify you otherwise.
10. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Morocco shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer.
