Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ziad UI Labs (“I”, “me”) handles personal data when you visit the website, contact me, or request a payment link. I collect only what I need to run the business and support customers.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for data described here is Ziad UI Labs. For privacy requests, email larbiziadalaoui@gmail.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and account data: name, work email, company name, billing address, and messages you send us (including pre-sales questions via email).
  • Transaction data: order details, tier purchased, payment status, and tax identifiers where required. Payment card data is processed by our payment service provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP when our hosting or analytics tools log standard server events.
  • Delivery data: GitHub usernames or email addresses used solely to grant repository or ZIP access for licensed packages.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to fulfill contracts (deliver licenses, invoicing, support), pursue legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, product improvement, analytics in aggregate form), and comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records). Where EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, or consent as appropriate for the processing activity.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use strictly necessary cookies for security and session operation. If we enable optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will describe them in a cookie notice and, where required, ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the business: hosting (for example Vercel or similar), email delivery, payment processors, and GitHub for access management. They may only process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

If data is stored or processed outside your country (for example on EU or US cloud infrastructure), we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Marketing or support conversations are retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-ups, then deleted or anonymized unless we must keep them for disputes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us at the email above; we may need to verify your identity.

9. Children

Our products are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
